To the right, two additional bedrooms—both with queen beds—share a hall bath with a walk-in shower, ensuring plenty of space and comfort for everyone.

A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

The property was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, all of the appliances and electronics worked well. I loved the hot tub and the view of the lake and cabin mountain. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prepare all of our meals in the house. Being steps from the lake and hiking trails was also great. This has been my best stay in Canaan Valley and I look forward to staying at this property again.

The house was beautiful! The property was amazing the pictures don't do it justice. The fire pit is surrounded by grass now not dirt. The view is breath taking. Our dogs had an amazing time, although they couldn't go to the water due to the mud because of the rain. And it was chilly for them to get hosed off. But they loved the property and house. The dogs loved the dog door and fenced area!!!! Our boys loved the canoe and they fished every day for hours. We couldn't of had a better trip and loved the house!!!! Extremely relaxing trip! We have rented in Canaan for over 30 years somethings I love at properties some not so much. Things I loved dog door, fenced yard, the view, the fire pit the hot tub location. I loved this house the best of all the houses we stayed at out in Canaan.
