We always vacation as a family and there's 10 of us 6 adults and 4 children.The property was perfect for us it had everything we needed.We love this beautiful town and we will be back!

Excellent customer service!

Wonderful view of Sand Run Lake and the two bald eagles that inhabit it. Also enjoyed being right on San Run Trail for a nice 3 mile hike around the lake. The doggie door out to a small fenced in area was also a big plus. Love staying in Alpen View!

The house is great - we needed 4 bedrooms and each bedroom was comfortable. The recreation room in the basement was a wonderful addition. The location to Dolly Sods western boundary is very convenient. The woods surrounding the property are great.

This is a beautiful log cabin with great wrap around porches and an astounding variety of games/activities for kids and teens. It would be great for several families with kids, a little lacking for three seniors.

We reserve online which is very easy. Keys are always ready and never have any issues.

We loved the covered porch, hotbtub, fire pit and house in general. Very nice! I always check availability at Mt Top Rentals first. I feel you all have the best rentals and are very easy to work with.

The view out the windows and from the deck. Also, the king sized bed was perfect.

The overall layout worked really good for our group. The kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked. Location is perfect and beautiful. Marvelous house in a beautiful location. I'm not sure how it could be much better. We've already booked it for next year.
