What a hidden gem! We loved the property.

Since we arrived after hours, I unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet Mountaintop Realty team members in person, but all correspondence over email was helpful and timely.

Thank you again for providing a beautiful home for a fantastic weekend stay in the gorgeous Canaan Valley. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub to views of the valley, and taking in the scenery through the floor-to-ceiling kitchen windows while cooking breakfast. We'd definitely stay again! We had an incredibly stay at Heaven's View, so it's hard to pick just one favorite feature but the spacious hot tub on the covered deck overlooking the gorgeous valley probably takes the cake. I don't think anything was missing, honestly we appreciated the ample supply of towels and blankets, well-stocked kitchen, clear check-in instructions and fantastic location a lot.

Interaction was minimal, responses from Mountaintop were prompt and succinct. Had a bit of difficulty getting the booking made as our initial booking was cancelled without warning, but ultimately the actual process of checking in/out and getting needed information was easy.

Property is lovely, large and well maintained without feeling cavernous. Perfect for our group size (16 with 5 couples) and proximity to Canaan Valley ski was a big selling point.

The team members were extremely helpful. All responses were very swift. Our original property flooded and we were asked to select a new location. The new location was so wonderful, and it was all handled very well.

The open concept living area + kitchen dining area was amazing because our whole group could be comfortly be together. It was also great that the dining table was large enough to accommodate a group of 8 for dinner/games.

Becky was great. She made the whole experience easy and answered our many questions

The hot tub was functional! We were looking forward to a hot tub during the snowy weekend and it worked great. Also liked having a garage to store our car overnight!

Two living areas and fireplaces, and hot tub. 4 bathrooms made it easy for the number of guests Simplified fireplace instructions would be great. The kitchen was stocked with everything, and we all Commented on how comfy the furniture is. Really had a great time.

Size, layout, ease

We have been going to Canaan every year for the past six years and I must say that this cabin is absolutely wonderful. There was five families and everyone had plenty of room. This cabin is definitely well kept and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We definitely plan on renting this cabin again.

I called the toll free number to reserve. Each time everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to help.

All of Mountain Top Realty is really fantastic! This is the second time that I have stayed at one of your properties and I've been greatly impressed.

The house had a great layout with a living room that was extended farther away from the bedrooms so the adults would not wake up the sleeping children. The interior of the house was really beautiful and the hot tub was a great plus. Thank you for the great stay and the accommodation for the later check out. We will certainly rent from you all many more times in the future!

Any chef, aspiring chef, or really good home cook will really appreciate this home. The oven could be larger to accommodate the number of guests this house holds, but overall, this was a fabulous kitchen. Additional comments. The bedroom at top of stairs to the left is super comfy. I normally dread sleeping anywhere but in my own bed. Simply put, I am hard to please. The bed in the corner under the sloped roof was amazing! The pillow and even the extra comforter I borrowed from the closet (the white fluffy one) were awesome! Also, Our kids loved the hot tub and the round table next to the kitchen.

The rental office was very quick to answer and take care of any problems we had at the property while we stayed. Our property was out of fire wood and they brought us some first thing the next morning!

The open concept living room and kitchen And also the set up of the bedrooms. It was perfect for our families! Loved the house! Will be staying there again!

The fireplace was fantastic and having firewood supplied was a great touch. The hot tub after a day of skiing was also perfect.
