Everyone we worked with responded punctually and was polite and professional.

We had a great stay! The doorknobs on the bottom floors stuck, and the dishwasher didn't seem to work very well, but other than that everything was impeccable and very comfortable.

Everyone was wonderful to work with. Quick responses to questions and flexibility when our first date ended up being after Timberline had closed in 2015.

Was definitely a great property. We would rent it again but would bring space heaters for the basement bedrooms.

There were two families with children from ages 5-9 and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The home was beautiful and very convenient to Timberline. Both Adults and children had an amazing trip.

Seclusion

Great property in a accessible location to the area's amenities.

No issues with management team, we arrived a few hours later than desired and keys and directions were right where we were to,d they'd be after hours. Check out was courteous and simple.

Great house for our group of 7 adults. We took advantage of the hot tubin evenings and loved it. The house was great, excellent common areas for us to hang out in, kitchen was well equipped and functional (really liked the heated floor in early morning), dinning area easily fit all us (but might be crowded for more than 8), wifi worked with no issues, but was a little slow with more than one connection, bedrooms looked great and beds were comfy. Biggest downside was the amount of noise that was easily heard between all rooms, master bathroom was directly below large upstairs room and any noise was easily heard between rooms, same issue with bedrooms above each other or next to each other. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the property gorgeous. Thanks for a great weekend.

Great property. Four wheel drive was essential, esp. due to the snowfall. But it was plowed and cindered, so with the four wheel drive, all was well. The ads mentioned the need for four wheel drive and they were right! (And we had it!) Great hot tub! But the view from the property was fantastic as was the sense of privacy.

We enjoyed the house we rented and the experience of renting via Mountaintop Realty - so much so, that next time we head to West Virginia we will call them first. House is great for a big group of folks. Very comfortable floor plan with room to spread out. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Place was clean.

Mingo Lodge has a perfect setting for a relaxing winter getaway. We were able to traverse the roads to the house in our mini van even after a huge snowfall. The roads were well plowed and the rental agency plowed our driveway each day we were there. The wood burning stove helped keep the house toasty and the pool table and games kept us well entertained.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Mountaintop went out of there way to accomodate us with a big storm coming! We were able to come early and stay late which meant the world to us and allowed us to stay safe. We will definately use your services again!

Our family really enjoyed Serenity - nice and quiet with woods, and a short walk to the slopes.

Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

We had a wonderful time with our family and friends at Timber Haus! The cabin was large and beautiful. We had plenty of space for all 10 people (including 2 toddlers). The kitchen was more than adequate, we found we had brought too many supplies that the kitchen already had stocked, including a crockpot! The wood burning fireplace was so much fun to use, and all of the wood was dry and ready to use on the back porch. We had originally planned to ski but due to the warm and wet weather we had to find other plans. We went hiking, exploring, and ice skating instead. We all had a wonderful time and will be looking to stay in this cabin again!

Becky was amazing and everyone we dealt with was awesome!
