Everyone was a pleasure to work with!

Just beautiful. The place itself was gorgeous, so close to the hills and the hot tub gave us endless fun. We had an exceptional time. The place was very large leaving enough room for each person. The hot tub was an unmatched feature!! We were also so close to the slopes it made coming on and off a breeze

We had a wonderful ski vacation! The house was cozy with amazing views!!

Our stay was perfect! Check in was an easy process, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It took us about 3 minutes to get to the slopes. Very clean, very roomy, hot tub was a plus, 3 bathrooms. We will definitely be back for another trip!

Great stay. It was very spacious for being a condo. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow around the house. There are a lot of thermostats. It took us a while to realize it and get the place warm. May want to leave a note about that.

Communication was prompt and uneventful.

It was perfect for first time skiers. The back door was literally at the top of the ski school bunny hill.

The internet and TV situation was frustrating, but Clayton was awesome about replacing the TV and figuring out the Dish setup. He is The Man!

Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

The fireplace and hot tub! We are also sure the view is also phenomenal, but it was foggy and cloudy the entre weekend we there were there, which was fine because we enjoyed the snow. The TV in the main room was also very nice. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and will return to this same house during our next trip.

The manifold for the ductwork pulled from the ceiling. Your team was out first thing in the morning to fix. We also called in the morning that we left and the plow came right away to clear our driveway.

Fireplace and hot tub

We did everything online; it was straightforward and easy.

We loved the floor plan which worked very well for our group. The open living space with several large sofas and the gas fireplace were very cozy and inviting. We also enjoyed the hot tub, and the privacy of the property.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for a large family vacation. Would definitely recommend property to anyone and plan on renting this house in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The property has great windows for a beautiful view of the mountain and skiers going by. The property accommodated our part of 8 comfortably.

Good experience with no hassle and very easy to pick up key-code when checking in.

Overall, a fantastic vacation home. Would definitely rent this property again! There were only a few odd things here and there that could be better - mostly in the kitchen houseware dept. Fireplace, hot tub, and soaking tub were all fantastic amenities!

We enjoyed our stay. Wifi would add a lot to quality of our stay since cell reception is not good in that region. Game room was a plus. First floor bathtub drain was super slow. Overall nice place to stay. Good location.

Rental site was great.

Wont stay at this house again. Love the rental agency, love the location. And please for goodness sake, listen to the 4WD warnings in bad weather. So many people stuck in the ditch trying to get their cars up Slopeside Drive.

Mountaintop was friendly and helpful. Becky was friendly on the phone. I had experience with another rental company in the area and some were unkind. Never had that feeling while dealing with Mountaintop.

We really enjoyed our time at Helena's Haven. The home was private and spacious inside. We enjoyed playing skee ball, games by the fireplace, and relaxing in the hot tub. The area is beautiful and we hope to return in the future.

The online process was easy. The no contact check in/out was easy, too.

We LOVED staying at this property. We were not necessarily looking for seclusion or roughing it. We live in WV. This was not our first trip to the area. The hot tub was great in January. The house was in a great location. Very close to ski resorts and not too far from Davis/Thomas. He houses amenities all worked without any problems. It was large enough for my family of 6. We loved the sunrise from the master bedroom. The bear themed room was definitely a favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very CLEAN!! The rugs in the mud room were perfect for snow/ski. We look forward to returning to this property.
