it was very easy which is saying something during these covid times. any issues were handling promptly. Even the power outage the morning we left was made stress free by the understanding staff.

The location, the woods, the fireplace, hot tub, just a great getaway. Plus having good tv and internet. So glad we came. it was everything we needed.

Love all of the beds & separate baths! Kitchen was spacious & lots of storage! Location is also great for all seasons - close to the slopes for winter & can hear the brook in the back.

The team was responsive and everything was the same as advertised - no surprises. Check-in and check-out were both easy.

Communication was restricted to email d/t covid 19 however all communication was timely and effective.

The view is amazing. There is a small fast flowing brook that is right behind the house and the huge windows above allow to view the woods all around. The hot tub out back is a great feature as well.

Your team was great. They were responsive, helpful, patient, positive and helpful.

Location, fireplace, hot tub, big windows, wood walls and decks, cathedral ceiling, the trees, the stream, the little water falls, the quiet woods, the nature preserve with no hunting or ATV traffic, the remoteness of the cabin.

The team was great! Very prompt replies to all questions.

We ran out of firewood at the property. I called and more was dropped off within a couple hours. This was wonderful!

My family and I really loved spending Thanksgiving at Spruce Lodge. The cabin had everything we needed and more and was very clean upon arrival. The views were amazing.
